No! Our online yoga classes are perfect for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Classes are guided step-by-step with modifications offered for all levels.

Don’t worry! If you’re on the monthly package, you’ll receive recorded sessions that you can watch anytime to stay on track.

Once you register, we’ll share a Zoom link with you before each session. Just click the link, and you’re in!

Our live sessions run daily, and we’ll send you the schedule in IST (Indian Standard Time). We also help you convert it to your local time if needed.

Yes! We offer Q&A time six days a week, and you’ll also have WhatsApp support to get your questions answered personally.
