Pre-Application Requirements

To join our live sessions, please make sure to have Zoom installed on your device. You’ll need a yoga mat, a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, a stable internet connection, and a pen and notebook for taking notes. While yoga props (like blocks or straps) are helpful, they’re completely optional. Our classes are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Hatha Yoga – Classical Yoga Practice
